Competition Rules of the 12th Kaijing Cup National Team Tennis Championship 2024

Purpose: To promote the sport of tennis and to organize this competition, the purpose of which is not only to enhance friendship and the exchange of skills between players, and to promote the health and well-being of families in the community village.

2. Organizer: Kai Jing Technology Co., Ltd.

3. CO-ORGANIZER: WHALE SHARK INTERNATIONAL TENNIS PROMOTION CO., LTD., CHUNAN TOWN OFFICE.

Fourth, sponsoring entities: Global Life Science Co., Ltd., Shen Kuang Chip Co., Ltd., Taiwan Jitai Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Kaixin Co., Ltd., Ai Hao Optical Technology Co., Ltd.

5. Competition date: July 20, 21 (Saturday, Sunday), July 113, 8:30 a.m., 10:00 Opening Ceremony.

6. Venue of the competition: Zhunan Sports Park tennis court. (55 Park Road, Chunan Town, Miaoli County)

7. Competition method:

(1) A five-point doubles group competition (group cycle, NO-AD), where 18 players (including team leader and coach) can be registered per team.

(2) In the order of group competition, each group shall not be empty. Preliminary points were played with a six-game winning streak and six straight sets and a seven-game winning streak.

(3) The competition system is based on a group tour, with two teams per group.

8. MATCH BALL: THE GAME ADOPTS MATCH BALL (HEAD).

9. Competition Rules: Adopt the latest tennis rules and player conduct guidelines approved by the Taiwan Tennis Association.

10. Enrollment Eligibility:

Eligibility for each entry point is as follows:

1. The first point is to open the group without age limit.

2. The second point adds 75 years old and over 35 years old (false age).

3. The third point adds 90 years old and over 40 years old (false age).

4. The fourth point adds 110 years old and over 50 years old (false age).

5. The fifth point adds up to 130 years old and over 55 years old (false age).

6. Female players are 20 years old.

11. Registration date: From now until July 5 (Friday) of 113.

12. Place of registration: No. 6, Lane 67, Lane 269, Section 2, Huanbei Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County

13. The draw was held on July 6, 113 (Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. at Kajing Technology. No objection may be made to the drawing by the organizer if there is no representative of the lottery.

Fourteen. Rewards:

Champion: One trophy, the prize is 30,000 yuan.

Runner-up: One trophy with a prize of NT$22,000.

Third place: One trophy and the prize is NT$100,000.

Grand Army: One trophy, the prize is NT$5000.

15. Complaints:

1. Any rules expressly stated or of equivalent meaning, and the facts of the competition

Judges that the judgment of the Lord's Court shall not be objected to.

2. An appeal against the identity of a player should be made before the second leg of the match at that point, otherwise it will not be accepted. After an appeal of eligibility or identity has been made, players from both sides should present an ID card or health card or driver's license proof of ID within 15 minutes, but the match should continue. The ineligible and impersonated top placers will be disqualified from the competition after verification.
3. The appeal shall be accepted by the player himself or by one of the managers.

16. Additional rules:

1. Each player is limited to one team. In case of repeated entries, the first team belongs to the team that competed for the first time. The list of entries is considered the same as the starting match once submitted.
2. Each team must play on time. The round must not be empty. Ten minutes after the time has elapsed, is waived in the same way as the entire team, but can still participate in the next game.

(3) The general meeting may not object when the tournament schedule requires dislocation at the same time as the games are played.

(4) In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Chief Judge of the Congress shall be final.

(5) Players must carry an ID card or other identification document for verification.

17. This measure may be amended at any time by the General Assembly in case of unfinished issues.
